  • Q: What is a Geriatric Care Manager?

    A professional Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) is a health and human services specialist who helps families who are caring for older relatives. The GCM is trained and experienced in any of several fields related to care management, including nursing, gerontology, social work, or psychology. (Definition Provided by NAPGCM)

  • Q: How am I charged for the services?

    The services are charged by 15 minutes increments with a minimum of one hour. Some services such as Counseling and Psychotherapy may require payment at time of service. There are a variety of options for payment including: Credit Cards, Monthly Invoicing and Pre-paid gift arrangements. We currently do not accept any types of insurance.

  • Q: Do you provide Crisis and Emergency Support?

    We are available 24/7 and do provide Crisis Intervention Services. This service is only available for clients utilizing the Care Management services.

  • Q: Can you help with medication management?

    Yes, we do provide various levels of support. We can evaluate your current situation of taking medications and recommend improvements. Additionally we can develop the system and manage the medication process: Ordering, Refilling, Updating Medication Lists, Contacting Nurses or Doctors.
